Relationship Manager SME (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To convert and book referred in bound business leads within agreed TAT.
- Cross Sell SME products and services such as Cash, Trade, Lending, FX, Insurance and Investments to both new and existing customers with Cross Border business needs.
- To act as a Global Account Manager (GAM) for outbound referred business and Field Account Manager (FAM) for in bound referred business. As GAM, must manage all aspects of the Bank’s relationship with the parent company and its subsidiaries and / or affiliates where relationship exists. Allocate limits and evaluate credit risk on facilities to ensure that risks are adequately mitigated through robust credit analysis and ensuring full & proper execution of the requisite security documentation. As FAM, manage local relationships under GAM’s guidance.
- Conduct regular client visits for relationship building and increasing wallet share.
- Facilitate delivery of superior client service through liaison with various intra-organizational departments and SME markets so as to fulfill client cross border needs.
- To assist with the organization of and participate in client seminars to educate target client and to promote SCB cross border capabilities to the market in general.
- To analyze and provide relevant feedback on competitor products and services.
- To undertake regular portfolio reviews to understand portfolio growth.
- To serve as a Cross Border Business Specialist to other SME sales units.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent.
