As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia. To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following position.



1. Production Engineer

• This Production Engineer position will responsible for initiating and conducting production engineering studies, recommendations, reports and planning activities for his/her assigned areas and also will responsible for well artificial lift performance and optimization.
• Assist reservoir engineering and production technicians in the quality control of production allocations by field and by wells. The focal point of contact for field operations and must provide recommendations to enhance production, backed by sound engineering practices.

Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies

• Minimum BS degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years operating in the upstream petroleum engineering.
• Technically competent in Production Engineering, but must also have some limited knowledge of subsurface functions (geology and reservoir engineering).
• Possesses basic business knowledge and a good understanding of petroleum economics.
• Previous exposure to drilling and facility engineering is preferred, as well as field operations support.
• Must have strong analytical skills and able to solve highly analytical problems with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written

2. Maintenance Condition Monitoring Technician

• This Maintenance Condition Monitoring Technician position will responsible for providing execution to each of the condition monitoring maintenance activities, to ensure that the maintenance activities are properly executed and referring to a valid Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as Site Specific Procedures (SSP), have been thoroughly assessed and comply with COPI Core Values.

Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies

• Minimum diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years operating in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry.
• Experienced in Mechanical Rotating Equipment maintenance.
• Possesses strong technical experiences and knowledge in rotating equipments (pump, compressor, and turbine) and vibration and lube oil analysis.
• Effective Communication skills, both in Bahasa and English, oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong in problem solving and decision making

3. Mechanical Technician

• This Mechanical Technician position will have the responsibility to start up and Shutdown of process rotating equipment with Field Operator following procedures, taking of and analyzing readings of rotating equipment, perform minimum trouble shooting on rotating equipment, works with the Field Operators in planning isolations for maintenance work, works with Vendors carrying out maintenance activities and participates in the preparation of Permit to Work, and associated certificates.

Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the chemical, oil, and gas related industry.
• Experience in Mechanical Rotating Equipment maintenance.
• Experienced with Gas Turbines, Compressors and Pumps.
• Experienced in Conditioning Monitoring Programs.
• Knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Personal motivation and self learning ability.
• Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written
