PT. ETERNIT GRESIK (MNC), part of the ETEX Group, is a multinational manufacturer in the building materials industry, headquartered in Brussels. PT. ETERNIT GRESIK is the first producer of Non Asbestos Calcium Silicate Flat Boards (Kalsi brand) and Fibre Cement Roofing Sheets (Eter brand).

We are rapidly expanding and continuously developing innovative solutions for the construction market. The PT. ETERNIT GRESIK management systems are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 certified.

We are reinforcing our production processes, and we are looking the following position:

1. PRODUCTION FOREMAN (Job Reference: "PF")

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To supervise and control subordinates daily activities and working methods on the production line,
• To monitor daily the KPI's of the production process such as :
• To monitor and ensure that the machine efficiency and performance are consistent,
• To ensure the efficient use of raw material by controlling the formula and process parameters in the production process,
• To monitor and ensure that the quality and quantity of the production output are in line with the target,
• To maintain the rejects level at an acceptable targeted level and if possible reduce it further.
• To supervise the implementation of ISO / OHSAS procedures related to the production,
• To perform production operation according to the weekly production plan,
• To perform weekly meeting with all subordinates and formulate some proposals for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS :

• S1 in technical engineering,
• Min. 5 years experience in a leading production function,
• Male, 26 - 30 years old,
• Hands-on mentality,
• Knowledge of English is an added value,
• Strong leadership.

2.  PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER  (Job Reference: "PL–Man")

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage the production line and the production team (30 to 40 employees working 4 shifts / 7 days / 24 hours) you are responsible for, and make so by all means that the production goals are achieved (output, productivity, down times…),
• To achieves goals, follow-up the production KPI’s, to study and put in place all relevant actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workforce,
• To analyse the production results and establish a relation between the results and the process parameters in order to maximize the production results,
• To propose and execute the relevant modifications for improving the production process,
• To execute in the field all projects relating to your production line and coordinate closely with the QA/QC Supervisor,
• To respect all ISO/OHSAS procedures,
• To take into consideration safety and environmental related issues and implement the necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables,
• To organize/participate in the technical training programmes of our factory’s employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female or male, 26-35 years old,
• S1 or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical… Engineering, or equivalent,
• Proven managerial skills and experience,
• 3 - 10 years experience in managing people and production process, if possible for international companies,
• Good knowledge of ISO and OSHAS standards,
• Good knowledge in English,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (“Windows”, “MS Office”).
