1. Technical Support Manager & Supervisor (Jakarta & Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full scope of support work related to paint & coating products.
- Provides technical support for new product launches and new service introductions.
- Responsible for product testing and analyzing and resolving customer complaints.
- Assist Sales & Marketing in engaging customers for input in the design of products and services.
- Collaborates with Sales & Marketing to develop and champion product design improvements.
- Assist Sales & Marketing in bid preparation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be less than 40 years of age.
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least several years of working experience in paint or coating formulation (water-based and solvent-based) and color matching.
- Preference for candidate with command in English and Japanese language.

2. R & D Manager & Supervisor (Jakarta & Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full scope of R&D works related to paint and coating products.
- Handle product formulations, pilot productions, new material assessments and packaging developments.
- Carry out relevant lab and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operation at all times
Requirements:
