1. Product Manager / Assistant Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new partners/merchants for Citibank 1Bill (autodebit or recurring payments) and electronic payments.
  • Create collaborative marketing programs with partners.
  • Ensure the proper operational process to support programs.
  • Managing relationship with partners/merchants.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Good communication skill.
  • Experience in managing partnership, marketing or sales.
  • General understanding of merchant business.
  • Working experience with Banking Industry, especially in merchant business is a plus.
  • Ability to review the operational process and create improvements.

2. Sales Incentive Officer (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Generating daily MIS report for Citimax calculation for Insourcing and Telesales.
  • Develop and prepare Citimax monthly newsletter which consisted of the performance of Citimax.
  • Enhance the current reporting to help sales agents track their performances.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Min 1 year experience would be an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Access, MS Excel, VBA macro under Excel environment
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independence with little supervision

3. Process Improvement Officer (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with programmer to develop People Planning system and Expense Tracking for Insourcing, Telesales, and Outsourcing.
  • Liaising with People Planning unit to migrate data to new system.
  • Thinking out of the box to improve process and drive change.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Min 1 year experience would be an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Access, MS Excel, VBA macro under Excel environment
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independence with little supervision

4. Senior Regional Sales and Distribution Manager (Jawa Timur - Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Bali)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and marketing to achieve sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities and needs of business partners that would yield to revenue.
  • Manage sales team to sell multiple products (among others Credit Cards, Personal Loan and Savings) and develop sales strategies to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Representing Citibank in relationship with external parties.
  • Responsible for sales and non-sales team activities.
  • Inspire motivation, lead and manage team in order to create a high performing team.
  • Participates in recruitment and training of team managers.
  • Reporting to Jasumbali Sales & Distribution Head.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial industry.
  • Has an experience in strategic position.
  • Willing to be posted in cities outside Jakarta.
  • Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.
  • Experienced in leading big team.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrate skills in managing and motivating big team
  • Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
